The goal of this talk will be to introduce Health and Wellness Coaching and how it can support clients in all areas of their life and enhance other coaching modalites.
Resources will be shared to help clients make health and wellness goals based on the best evidence and information.

Mary's Bio:
Mary Marshall, BSN, RN has practiced nursing in a variety of settings, adult medicine, long term care, home care and more. Her most recent (12 years) practice has been in workplace and community health and wellness. Mary has coordinated internal workplace wellness programs,providing health assessment, education, programming and coaching to participants. In 2016 she opened her own practice as a Wellness Forum Health (Columbus, OH) certified diet and lifestyle educator, affiliate health care provider, and Certified Wellcoach (Wellcoaches). Mary is a faculty member of Wellness Forum Health Institute, and facilitates the WFH Weight Loss Concierge group. A long time fitness and yoga and Tai Chi for Better Balance Instructor, Mary teaches fitness yoga at the Tuscarawas County YMCA. “It is my mission to help my clients find vibrant health through exquisite self care.
