The greatest way to impact our clients’ lives is by tapping into their inner brilliance. Often in coaching only go a few feet deep into their lives. How do we go deeper? How do we make this happen in the first session? How do we use this information to help them create a vibrant future?
We will look at three simple methods/skills to go deeper, quicker. These will help establish deep trust and intimacy from the first session. It will allow us as coaches to form powerful questions that will drive our clients forward. It creates opportunities for us to directly speak into their lives and move them forward in a powerful way.
Learning Objectives:
- How to establish deep trust and intimacy during the first session.
- How to help our clients open themselves up to input from others and create a flow of useful ideas.
- How to accelerate the development of your clients and give them a competitive advantage.
