Learning objectives:

1. A better understanding of the ICF Code of Ethics

2. Clearer comprehension of the behavioral expectation of the first core competency  - Demonstrates Ethical Practice

Lola will expand on the first Core Competency - Demonstrates Ethical Practice. The practice of this Core Competency is so important to a coaches mindset. During her presentation she will also discuss the behaviors that are expected for credentialing to be completed successfully.
Ethical reasoning practice scenarios will also be presented for discussion.

Over the last 15 years, Lola’s areas of expertise are executive coaching, leadership development and ICF coach training. She is recognized for her ability to customize leadership training to business imperatives, her skills in managing multiple stakeholders’ engagement and her profound commitment to clients. She is an adjunct coach to 2 European business schools and worked in Europe and Asia.

Every year delivers an inspiring level 2 - ICF accredited Organizational Coach Training Curriculum. She also mentors and supervises coaching.
