Elevate your coaching practice with our comprehensive program designed to guide you through a transformative journey of self-reflection and strategic growth. This program employs a reflective "trail map" approach to assess your current practices, identifying strengths, obstacles, and opportunities for development as you prepare for 2026. You'll learn to apply goal-setting frameworks rooted in coaching principles, ensuring that your business objectives are meaningful, measurable, and ethically aligned for the coming year.

Participants will also craft a personalized 2026 business development plan that emphasizes client impact, sustainability, and personal well-being. Furthermore, you'll translate your coaching skills into effective business-building behaviors, such as identifying target clients, clarifying service offerings, refining messaging, and establishing a consistent accountability structure. Join us to empower your practice and achieve sustainable success in 2026 and beyond.

Learning Objective:
• Use the Trail Map Reflection Tool to help coaches assess their current state and identify growth opportunities.
• Guide clients through a 2026 Visioning Framework to set clear, values-aligned goals.
• Use the Trail Markers Method to help coaches create milestones and maintain momentum.
