This masterclass is designed for coaches who currently hold or are pursuing ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC credentials. Its focus is on co-creating and strengthening the coach-client relationship while increasing both personal and client self-awareness, self-efficacy, and resilience. 

In this Master Class, participants will develop and strengthen their coaching competence while gaining a deeper understanding of their own as well as their clients' blind spots. Moreover, they will refine their self-regulation and self-assessment abilities, which will enable them to better manage challenging situations during coaching sessions and stay more engaged with their clients.
